Fill out this form to get a quote from us (within 48 hours). Please provide as much detail as possible about the scope of the work.

Pay a deposit in advance

We’ll send you a secure link to pay a deposit of $**.

Confirm the scope before your cleaner begins

Once your cleaner(s) arrives, they’ll review the scope of work with you and confirm the final price before getting started. The remaining balance will be charged automatically within 72 hours after the appointment, minus your deposit.

FAQs

Cleaners bring all their own cleaning supplies, except for a vacuum and mop. We kindly ask clients to supply a vacuum and/or mop for their cleaner, if it’s needed.

Rescheduling: Contact us directly to reschedule. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, though a late change fee may apply. If you need extra time, we’ll walk you through the simple payment process.

Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel so we can inform your cleaner. We don’t offer cash refunds, but you can use your payment toward a future booking depending on how much notice you give:

  • 72+ hours before start time: You can use 100% of what you paid for your next booking (within 12 months).
  • 48-72 hours before start time: You can use 50% of what you paid for your next booking (within 12 months).
  • Less than 48 hours or no notice: Your payment cannot be used for future bookings.
