1. Cancelling Your Booking
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can inform the employee and cancel your booking.
We don’t offer cash refunds, but you can use your payment toward a future booking depending on how much notice you give:
- 72+ hours before start time: You can use 100% of what you paid for your next booking (within 12 months).
- 48-72 hours before start time: You can use 50% of what you paid for your next booking (within 12 months).
- Less than 48 hours or no notice: Your payment cannot be used for future bookings.
2. Rescheduling Your Booking (or Requesting Additional Hours)
Contact us directly to reschedule or request additional hours. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, though a late change fee may apply. If you need extra time, we’ll walk you through the simple payment process.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and approved on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee any request will be approved. If denied, we fall back to our Cancellation Policy above.
