Rescheduling or Adding Hours: Contact us directly to reschedule or request additional hours. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, though a late change fee may apply. If you need extra time, we’ll walk you through the simple payment process.
Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel so we can inform your nanny or cleaner. We don’t offer cash refunds, but you can use your payment toward a future booking depending on how much notice you give:
- 72+ hours before start time: You can use 100% of what you paid for your next booking (within 12 months).
- 48-72 hours before start time: You can use 50% of what you paid for your next booking (within 12 months).
- Less than 48 hours or no notice: Your payment cannot be used for future bookings.
What happens if I'm late back?
Your nanny has a duty of care and will never leave your children unattended. We understand that unexpected delays, like traffic, can sometimes cause you to arrive back later than planned.
If we’re providing childcare in a hotel and you’re late getting back, your booking will automatically extend into the next hour, and an additional hour will be charged. Please note that any bookings that extend into the 9th hour or beyond, will be charged at a premium overtime rate.
